How much does DeemBrain cost?

Pricing is quoted per workspace based on the plan, the number of team members and the volume of knowledge you index. Contact us and we will size a plan for your team, usually within one working day.

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is one chat thread with an agent, however many messages it contains. Repeated questions are served from the answer cache and do not consume additional AI usage.

What counts as a knowledge source?

Each uploaded document, recording or transcript is one source. Long files are split into many searchable passages automatically at no extra count.

Can I reduce cost by using my own AI provider?

Yes. On Growth and Enterprise you can connect your own key for Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including a self-hosted Ollama model, so AI usage is billed by your provider — or costs nothing at all when self-hosted.

Is there a trial?

Yes. New workspaces start on a 7-day trial with built-in AI so you can index real documents and test answers before committing. Contact us to extend it while you evaluate.

Can we change plan later?

Yes. Plans move up or down without re-indexing your memory — limits and permissions apply immediately, and your knowledge, agents and history stay intact.
